How to Order

At Canvascanada.ca we strive to bring you the best quality images, all at pricing that is structured for the professional photographer. By bringing together the best quality papers along with the latest in archival printing technology we feel comfortable in saying that once you start using canvascanada.ca for all your large print requirements you will not want to go back.

Order process

Placing an order with canvascanada.ca is a very simple process and although we offer professional pricing does not require any additional application or "log in" procedures. Order turnaround times range from 1.5 weeks to 3 weeks plus shipping time.

1) Utilize our upload section once you have decided on files to be printed (uploads are independent of ordering and can be done while you browse the site or place your order). To determine the best size to order from your selected file feel free to use our custom sizing worksheet.

2) Fill out our order form to request the products you wish to receive along with the file references to uploaded images. Our Stock canvas and Word Art canvas have separate order forms but all orders are compiled together into one invoice and qualify for our Max shipping policy.

3) Payment is handled separately from orders as we offer so many customizable options that we prefer to compile your order(s) and send out a secure digital invoice for payment (1-2 days following order) Once orders are paid we will fill the order and ship (tracking numbers will follow by email from "Canada Post" as the sender). Order Printing

Canvascanada.ca currently does all of its photo prints and canvas on machines that offer 10 separate ink colours to bring you the smoothest, sharpest, and most colour accurate image possible. All of our work is printed at 1440x1440 dpi with archival pigmented inks for decades of fade resistant enjoyment.

All orders are printed with no automatic colour editing and are straight processed with any embedded icc profiles (make sure to make your edits as you see fit). We do encourage the use of colour calibrated monitors when completing your digital edits to ensure the best screen match to print possible.
