Order Form
Ordering photo prints or canvas from canvascanada.ca is a very easy and streamlined process. Simply complete the order form below filling in all fields that are applicable and hit submit. Make sure to upload your files separately via the supplied page (before, during or after your order is completed as the upload page runs in a separate window or tab - allow popups)Each order received will be compiled and added to any other subsequent orders (1-2 day period) at which point an invoice will be sent out that can be paid securely online via paypal, visa, or mastercard. Try our "stock" canvas (separate order form) which can be shipped with your custom orders (flat rate MAX shipping still applies)
Orders will take roughly 2 - 3 weeks for processing plus the shipping time depending on the destination province (2-9 business days).
