Shipping policies and pricing


Canvascanada.ca specializes in shipping within Canada ONLY! This eliminates high shipping cost and brokerage fees and also results in quicker shipping times. Orders typically will take between 3-9 business days for shipping time depending on province. Express Post can be found on the order form as an option and is billed at approximately 2x(times) the parcel post shipping rates listed below and will average 2-4 business days for most of Canada (this option speeds shipping time only, not production time).

At Canvascanada.ca we take the time to pack your order with care to eliminate order replacement rates. All photo prints are always shipped flat regardless of size and are billed at the largest print size ordered (only unstretched canvas and "sticky prints" are shipped in roll format). All orders are securely packed in custom packaging constructed from 3/16" Foam Core with corner protectors when needed.

Multiple orders will be combined over a 2 day period and invoices will reflect the best possible shipping for combined orders (ie rolled canvas to ship flat with standard photo prints or photo prints packed safely to ship with framed canvas etc). Note that all separate orders are combined for shipping (custom, "wordle" canvas, and "stock" canvas)

Photographers that use our Drop Ship Address option will be charged shipping per individual order (compiled on single invoice)

Rolled Canvas and "Sticky prints"

A flat rate of $8.00 parcel post is applied to orders that contain only unstretched canvas or "sticky prints". This rate is regardless of quanity (unlimited) and is used often by our professional customers who perform their own stretching and framing.

Single Stretched Canvas or Multiple Photo prints

Single stretched or framed canvas orders and professional photo prints are always shipped flat based on the following table. For photo prints shipping is based on the largest photo ordered and all prints ordered(same size or smaller) are shipped for the same set rate regardless of quanity (eg. 1 20x24 image cost the same shipping as 99 20x24)

Multiple Stretched or Framed Canvas

A flat rate of $25.00 MAX is used for multiple stretched or framed canvas orders. If orders placed result in less estimated shipping we will only invoice accordingly (eg 2x 8x10 stretched canvas is still only $13.00 Shipping)

Note: If a product in the price list does not have a quoted price, then that product is not available for shipping due to packaging and shipping restrictions. These sizes may still be available for custom quoting and local pick up only.
